New Breath Coaching
Coaching for clarity, intentional forward movement, and grounded leadership.
Coaching offers a quiet, intentional space to pause, reflect, and listen more closely to yourself. Through thoughtful conversation and presence, we explore what’s most alive for you and how you want to move forward — with clarity, integrity, and care.
-
Coaching is a collaborative, reflective partnership. It’s not about advice, fixing, or being told what to do. Instead, coaching creates space for you to slow down, listen more closely to yourself, and explore what truly matters.
In our work together, we focus on awareness, choice, and forward movement — supporting you in navigating complexity with greater clarity and intention.
-
Coaching may be a fit for you if you’re navigating a season of transition or sense that something wants to shift, even if you can’t yet fully name it.
People often seek coaching when they are:
Carrying significant responsibility and feeling stretched or depleted
Navigating change in work, leadership, or life
Wanting greater clarity, alignment, or self-trust
Exploring identity, purpose, or what’s next
Seeking a more sustainable way of living and leading
You don’t need to be in crisis to begin — just curious and willing to reflect.
-
My approach is grounded in presence, deep listening, and thoughtful inquiry. I create a calm, supportive space where you can explore your thinking honestly and without judgment.
I believe clarity grows from attention, awareness grows from curiosity, and sustainable change emerges when we create room for both insight and self-compassion.
Sessions are shaped by what’s most alive for you, with an emphasis on helping you access your own clarity and forward movement.
-
My work is grounded first and foremost in coaching — creating space for reflection, awareness, and sustainable change. I don’t offer advice or answers as a default.
At times, and only when explicitly agreed upon in contracting, I may draw on relevant lived experience to support the work. When this happens, it is named clearly and remains in service of your goals.
Coaching remains the primary mode unless we intentionally agree otherwise.
-
Most coaching relationships begin with a clear conversation about what’s bringing you and what you hope to explore. From there, we determine whether working together feels supportive and aligned.
Sessions are typically 50–60 minutes and focus on:
Deepening awareness
Exploring options and perspectives
Clarifying next steps that feel grounded and intentional
The pace and focus are shaped collaboratively.
-
I’m currently completing the Certified Professional Program through the International Coaching Academy (ICA) and am pursuing ICF credentialing. My coaching practice aligns with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Code of Ethics.
This means I’m committed to:
Confidentiality and trust
Clear contracting and role boundaries
Respect for your autonomy and self-direction
Ongoing learning and reflective practice
Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical care, and it does not replace those supports.
You bring your experiences, values, and goals.
I bring presence, curiosity, and deep listening.
New Breath Coaching is rooted in the belief that when we create space to think clearly, we create space to live more fully.
